Terms of service

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when the order ships. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency and include any applicable discounts; taxes and duties are calculated upfront so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 60 minutes of being placed — after that they're usually already picked and packed, but the 30-day return policy still applies.

Orders placed before 2pm ship the same business day. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees — though if a shipment stalls for more than 48 hours, our support team proactively reaches out with options.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If a package arrives damaged, photograph it and contact support within 7 days for a replacement at no cost.

Every product carries a 30-day return window that explicitly covers used products — test it in real life. Returns require the order number, ship with a prepaid label on domestic orders, and refund to the original payment method within 3-5 days of arrival back at our warehouse.

Products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, material failures, and components that wear out under normal daily use. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, cosmetic wear, or damage from misuse.

Warranty service requires proof of purchase. Remedies are repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion — most claims are resolved from a photo within one business day.

You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping at disruptive volumes, no attempting to breach security, no fraudulent orders or chargebacks, and no using the content or product imagery for commercial purposes without permission.

All site content — product designs, photography, copy, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors. You may share it personally (link away!), but commercial reproduction requires written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.

If something goes wrong, contact support first — nearly every issue is resolved in one exchange. Formal disputes are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the store operates.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the new effective date — the terms in force when you ordered are the ones that govern that order.
