When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email address, and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

When you browse the store we collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, device type, referral source) to understand what's working. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.

Order data is used to fulfill and support your purchase: shipping, delivery updates, returns, and warranty claims. Your email is also used for transactional messages like order confirmations and tracking links.

If you opt in to marketing email, we send occasional product updates and early access to drops. Every message includes a one-click unsubscribe, and opting out never affects your order support.

Only the service providers required to run the store: our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers, and email delivery service. Each receives only the minimum data needed to do its job.

We never sell your personal data, and we never share it with advertisers or data brokers. Full stop.

We use a small number of first-party cookies: one to keep your cart between visits, and analytics cookies to measure site performance. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely — just email support with the request. We respond within 30 days, usually much faster.

Marketing preferences can be changed at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll note it here with a new effective date and — for significant changes — notify you by email before they take effect.
