We started because “good enough” wasn't.
Every product in this category looked the same, wore out the same, and hid behind the same marketing. So we did the unreasonable thing: spent two years on a single product before selling a single unit.
The first version had problems. So did the next thirty. Version 31 is what you can buy today — and it's still being refined. When we improve something, existing customers hear about it first, because most of the improvements come from their feedback.
We're small on purpose. Small means every unit gets inspected by a person, every support email gets answered by someone who helped build the product, and every decision optimizes for the customer we'll have in five years — not the quarter.
